Add another 5 stars for this company. Luis and his crew were skilled, professional, organized, personable, tidy, and timely. He called the day before to confirm our start date and time. He and the crew showed up on time, scoped the job (5 rooms, a hallway and stairs, plus all new baseboards) and got straight to work. The job required some fine finish carpentry on the stairs, and it looks amazing. I wanted the best, and Renew-it.Com delivered better than the best! I'll be hiring them again for the baseboards and crown moulding in the rest of the house.

A very hire commendation for Luis Marrero. Work was done in a beautiful and timely fashion. I particularly liked how well he responded to my concerns when I thought I had chosen the wrong finish. His experience helped me make the right choice in the first place!! Also, the crew he had were cheerful, very competent and experienced, and also appeared to truly enjoy and take pride in their work. All in all, I was very satisfied with the quality, expertise. I also wanted to say that they had to not just refinish the floor, but repairing some areas of the floor which required extra time and skill. A huge thank you!!!!

hired the company for both installation and refinishing at two different house we owned. With installation the job was reasonable but tried to cover up a dent mark on the installed plank with a spackle , had to replace a couple planks a week later after installation due to marks left on the floor. Installer stated he would double pad areas that are not leveled but did not, now those areas are sqeaking when walked on which he said would be temporary until the floor settles down ...not true. With refinishing is even worse with the 2nd house, he did not do any screening but skip to coating which coated the dirt as well

The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. After I contacted them, they came out the next day for a quote. They kept to the schedule with no delays. I would without hesitation recommend Renew-it.com.

Absolutely the best, both in price and quality. I'm in the refrigeration business and I deal with contractors all the time, and its few and far between the times that I've dealt with someone as professional as Mr. Marrero. I would recomend Renew-it.Com,Inc. to anyone who needed work done.

Mr. Luis Marrero and his crew were outstanding! Our floors look fantastic. He and his crew were punctual, performed every task flawlessly and was honest with his estimate, which was very reasonable. After the work was completed, he followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied with his crew's work. IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORS, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MR. LUIS MARRERO!

Project: Install Carpeting
I needed a really fast turn around on carpet installation and I was very pleased with the results from Luis and Renew-It. He had carpet to choose from in stock and installed it in 3 days, probably sooner had I not needed to finish painting first. I could not get this from the HoDe. I was so pleased with this service I also asked them to clean my AC ducts, which included hand washing each duct vent. I thought it was a lot of work for the cost. Rapid turn around with superior results plus, I like the quality of the carpet. Great value! Thank you!
