Renaissance was one of several contractors we interviewed for several home repair and maintenance projects. They responded quickly, had excellent ideas, and did exactly what was promised in a solid, workmanlike manner. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Project: Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
Bob's work was top notch. We have an old house and he demonstrated an appreciation for the potential complexities of the project from the very start and made sure we understood what the project might entail. His rates were as good, if not better, than other proposals we had gotten. Due to, I think, some demands of other, more involved projects they were working on, the schedule for our project got moved around quite a bit, which was somewhat frustrating. In the end, Bob made sure it got done to our satisfaction, and I would recommend and use his team again, but would insist on a more definite schedule.

I had 5 windows replaced and they did great work. Very nice and experienced work crew. Easy to work with from initial estimate process through installation. Understood nuances of working in old house.

Project: Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
They showed up on time, they did excellent work. The workmen were very kind. The other thing I loved about this company, is that it was reasonable, so many people tried to rip us off and Renaissance not only did a great job with removal of our old deck and installation of our new deck, but the price was great. I would use them again, for sure. I have already had several friends ask for their number after seeing our new deck over the weekend!

I believe I spoke to a Mr. Babendrier regarding my remodeling needs and I was amazed at his honest evaluation and guidance although he no longer did the type of work in my kind of property. He still took the time to give me his expert opinion and I know when my family needs remodeling in their single family residence I will be sure to contact Renaissance Restoration & Renovation.
