I sent an e-mail inquiry on New Years day, and received a call within a few minutes of hitting "Send". The technician showed up as scheduled, and immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate,and completed the work quickly and professionally. Would recommend them highly, and will definitely use them again [although I hope I won't have too any time too soon]'

They arrived a little later than was told but they fixed the outside a/c even though it was pouring down rain. The tech was very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any a/c work done.
