Jerry is a nice man and I believe he’s sincere. The installers for our windows did a poor job. Their idea of "done" would definitely allow water and air into our walls. <br />They left gaps in the foam that’s supposed to be an air seal between the new and existing frames. The lead guy said the gaps were too small to worry about. Believe that? I don’t. <br />The next day we noticed gaps in the caulk around the outside of the new frames (on 9 of 11). Left a message for Jerry who had a guy call. Needed to borrow our ladder. Then called to reschedule so I said don’t bother. I fixed the caulk last weekend. Will pull their trim off and fix the foam later
