Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Terry and his guys were very professional and the tile work was top notch. Terry made a few recommendations which saved me money. Minor issue with the existing plumbing layout and he did not charge me an arm & leg to rectify the problem - Just parts & hourly wage. I would definitely Hire Terry & guys for my next project. I have already pass on is contact info to friends - Hightly recommended that they contact Terry.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
I initially hired Remodel Plus to tear out and replace peeling tile in my shower and repair any water damage that may have occurred. They did such an outstanding job, I hired them to remodel my bathroom and replace outdated lighting fixtures in the rest of my condo. Terry Miller is the quintessential professional and a very patient man. As a novice, I was unsure what materials to use or where to shop, and he willingly lent his expertise to assist in the decision making process. He answers calls promptly, shows up on time, stays within budget (even offering cost-saving tips), and employs skilled workers who do an excellent job. If you're looking for integrity, reliability, and quality craftsmanship, look no further.

Terry showed up on time and stayed in contact with us during the whole process. He started and finished on schedule and for the proposed price. He passed along a discount to us by ordering the bathtub we picked out through his supplier. Friendly and an honest hard working man. THANKS TERRY

We didn't end up using him - we really just needed a quote for negotiations. He was able to talk to me over the phone and give me the information my client needed. Was very helpful.

Terry was on time and on budget! He was always willing to listen to my questions, offer suggestions, and help guide me toward a bathroom I love and am proud of. Terry is a perfectionist and was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of this project so the outcome could not be better! He provided places for me to shop for the best value and that had personnel there to help me with my decisions. I will not hesitate to use Remodel Plus in the future nor will I hesitate to recommend him to family and friends...all in all a wonderful experience!
