I was very pleased with the work of Remo Contractors. There is great attention to detail in their work. I initially only requested that drywall be installed to replace wood paneling, and largely because of my satisfaction with the team and comfort they would do the job right, I also had them install almost a dozen recessed lights, moldings, and ceramic time over a fireplace. Nearly every day of the project they were working 9-10 hours, and their precision and attention to detail is evident in the way the ceramic tile was cut, which was as flawless as can be accomplished, & the painting & moldings which, for an old house, can be challenging

I first met Matt Niaz of Remo Cntrctrs in May, 2011. I found it very refreshing that at our first meeting he gave me copies of his license, EPA & insurance certs. He is very professional and fun to work with. He worked with me to pick out ALL the materials used to remodel my kitchen & once he knew my taste he gave me suggestions to think about. While the remodel was being done there was never any worry about daily cleanup in fact our garage looked cleaner after the kitchen was finished. I hope anyone who reads my review will see the before & after photos of my kitchen. Remo did a spectacular job and I will use them on my next project.

Remo Contractors were a pleasure to work with. Even before the job commenced, they were easy to contact and prompt with returning calls and emails. All questions were patiently answered to my satisfaction. Some problems developed during the installation that were the fault of the manufacturer of the cabinets/hardware but Remo found ingenious ways to resolve them so that we did not have to wait for equipment replacements. Cleanup was absolutely fantastic. Throughout, the work was done in the highest professional manner with the highest regard to detail and the final quality of the job.

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Aija, she was really helpful with questions we had along the way and granting us access to the premises when needed. She helped move items she felt would get in our way during work which helped a lot. Indeed, we hit some obstacles along the way but we overcame those with our creative minds and skill. The job was finished on time and she was thrilled with the outcome. As with all of our clients, we appreciate her business and support and look forward to working with her again.

We are very grateful for Mr. Russ's wonderful compliments and yes, everything turned out immaculately; we actually are in discussion for future projects already! Both the kitchen and the bathroom turned out superb as they had us do some work in the bathroom as well. As with all of our clients, they were conscientious about our needs throughout the entire project and very cooperative which made things simpler and the work progressed much faster. It was a pleasure working with them and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

My project was promptly and beautifully completed by the courteous professionals at Remo. Matt’s attention to detail was impressive. I am very satisfied with the final product. The only thing I could ask for would be fewer alternate work orders to sign along the way and lower labor costs, but as for costs, you generally get what you pay for, and we got quality! If our budget allows, we would definitely use Remo again.

Sadly, as a result of poor work done by previous contractors, alt work orders were created, approved/declined via email, to resolve issues expeditiously with no downtime; this is standard practice for contractors to keep clients informed of our scope of work. We helped save hundreds by finding marble-like floor&wall tile which look and feel just like marble and we also did many tasks free of charge. We are fair-priced but we don’t know what kind of “contractor” is bidding on the job either but you get your money’s worth with us and no regrets most importantly.

The quality of work was very good and the design work in planning the remodel was very good as well. The timeline that we were given was not met, nor was it even a possibility once you added in the time to complete various parts of the job including outside vendors (like ordering shower glass). Additionally we found that it was sometimes difficult to get a short yes or no answer when communicating with our contractor. Overall we are very pleased with the final product.

Timeline was met as stated in contract even with additional work, inspection delays due to inspectors with two days off from jobsite. Third party could not measure, order, and install shower glass until bathroom tile was completed; contract stated there would be delays beyond contractor’s control including third parties involved. Contractor communicated in a polite manner to provide solutions/options to obstacles encountered; client expected contractor to speak with cold, sharp tongue to provide answers only…no options/solutions. All clients are treated with great respect and courtesy even if they want us to be cold and blunt with them.

Remo Contractors remodeled our bathroom and the results were outstanding. Matt and his team were detail oriented, did the job right the first time, kept us advised throughout, and finished ahead of schedule. They were very mindful of our household routine, respectful of our property, and surprised us with the great clean-up at the end. Remo gets top marks from me and I highly recommend this company. I plan to have Matt and the Remo team remodel our kitchen next!

The pleasure was all ours Dave! Dave came to us as a Paint Job but he ended awarding us a bathroom contract which he needed work on and it came out superb! Not too many issues came up with this bath as it was a fairly new home. The Listello strip he wanted was not on a pre-patterned mesh so we did that piece by piece for an additional fee and it came out superb! We ended up performing many other tasks at his residence at his request. As we came by to assist him with other work, I did an inspection of the paint job which was awarded to another company and let’s just say Dave will also be having us perform the painting in the future.

The work that Remo Contractors did on our home renovation project is absolutely beautiful! Remo Contractors remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, installed custom closet doors, crown molding, tile floors, recessed lighting, an oak stair railing, & painted the home's interior. If you are looking for full customer service at no extra cost to you the consumer, then Remo Contractors hits the mark. The quality is unsurpassed. Matt, the owner, was on site daily working with his crew. Matt oversaw the entire permit and county inspection process. It was worry-free having Matt in charge - and it made life very easy for our family during the remodeling.

We really enjoyed working with Ms. Carol as well and the job turned out great considering all the obstacles we came across and overcame! Unfortunately, the existing cabinets were in no shape to refinish (reface) due to age (late 70's); so she ended up actually saving money by renewing the kitchen rather than putting a band aid on it because as we all know…band aids come off eventually and sometimes too easily. Now she will have many years of enjoyment and not have to reinvest for a very very long time. We have done many other jobs for her since then which we appreciate very much!
