They were very helpful, spent a good amount of time explaining exactly what they needed to do. The technician was thorough, and came back outside to see where I had seen a black widow spider a few days prior. While we were out there, another one came out, and he made sure to do extra treatments around the area they seemed to be coming from. (And he didn't laugh when I was squealing in terror either!) All in all, I was very happy with the service, and the responsiveness, and the price of this company.
