Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Very professional, easy to speak with, just a tad higher than some but efficient and well worth the extra money spent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are honest and show up when they say they are going to be there.

It was great that the initial house call to see what was wrong with our kitchen faucet and what needed to be done to fix it was free. The plumber told us it would be cheaper to go out and buy a new faucet to replace our old one with, but the one we had purchaced, had these weird grooves. The plumber said he could just use "plumbers putty" to fix it. Well, the putty looked horrible and 5 days after he installed the new faucet, it was wobbling. We called Reliance and they sent the same plumber back to our house the next day. He did fix it 4 free and now it looks good, but if we wanted a different new faucet they would have chrgd an addit. $125!

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
The gas line was run from the basement into the kitchen. When drilling a hole for the gas pipe he hit a burried conduit in the floor so I had to bring in an electrical contractor to move the conduit. The instalation of the gas line then proceeded with precision and speed with top notch results.

used your suggested Reliance Plumbing who were fast to respond and came to my house to repair my crying faucets and stuff. The replacement wash tub sinks definitely were a needed update. But when I first did laundry, my washing machine didn't work! Naturally I was horrified, thinking I'd never be able to afford a replacement, but after a call Reliance returned to lok at and fix the problem. Everything is functioning now and even all the spider webs have taken an exit! The guys were real nice, too! Thanks

a little pricey for the job. but the job was done quickly cleanly and the service guy had a friendly attitude. had a warranty type for work . it was a clogged drain in basement and the pipes are very old so incase some thing happened trying to clear it myself. i would recommend again

Customer service was great. All guys working on the job very nice, professional, & helpful in answering my questions. All galvanized plumbing & all drains replaced & hot water heater installed. I found a minor leak during the job & they responded immediately to fix it. No damage occurred due to the leak. The company was very responsive to our needs. Only issue I have is they left the floors very dirty, but they were in the crawlspace a lot & it is a dirt/gravel crawl. Had 4 bids & they were the highest priced ($4.5K) but I felt most comfortable with them even though they were quite a bit higher than the other bids. I'm glad I used them

Came to look at/fix the issue the same day. Provided free estimate. They added a $6 trip charge to the final cost which I wasnt told about until it came time to pay, but oh well!
