The windows in this house were manufactured in 1990, and definitely showed their age. The customer asked that we repair them for as little cost as possible. We tuned them up to the best that they could possibly be considering that new or replacement parts for these windows are unavailable. The homeowner showed great appreciation for the work that we did.

Todd Martin of Reliable Glazing went the extra mile for us. TRACO went out of business 4 years ago, and therefore no replacement parts exist. Todd found another part that worked after a little creativity. Todd is the type of businessman we all are looking for. We strongly reccomend Reliable Glazing.
