Placed order and then had to keep calling office to find out when work would be done!! This went on for one month!! I had paid in full (my mistake) and was not pleased.

Good customer service at the beginning, but after the project was finished, I called about some detail work that needed to be done, and the call was never returned.

The fence isn't installed yet but Reliable's customer service is great. They take the time to listen and answer questions fully. I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. Great company to work with.

Very informative and helped determine the fence style and location. Nice hard working installers who did an outstanding job. And I thought Reliable was competitive with the other quotes I got.

I would recommend Reliable Fence Company to others looking for a fence contractor. Due to some minor headaches with the town/zoning, we had to have Reliable come out to our property twice for a consult, and the easily accommodated the return trip. Their workers showed up on time for the project, and completed it. Everyone comments on what a great fence we installed. The only minor drawback is that for some reason Reliable doesn't seem to accept credit cards for either the deposit or payment, so physically mailing them a check was required. That's out of date and mildly annoying.
