Tramex Moisture Detector used in all inspections, Lead paint testing, Mold testing, Air quality testing(I have 2 pumps, so the process is faster) and Thermal Imaging, also used in all inspections. Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof
Report was cursory at best. The roof section of most concern (north side with moss growth) was described as "inaccessible" which is not correct. It can be accessed but a ladder would be required. Bottom line is that the report observations were nothing more than I was able to do myself. Nice to have a second opinion that confirms my own observations, but I was hoping for something more detailed and more technical in nature.

There could have been more damage with me walking on an already weak area, that's why it was inaccessible. I could have walked on it and perhaps made it leak. I do not know what else I could have told him, or what he expected. I documented it with pictures and reported on that area, as well as the rest of the roof.
