Very quick to respond. Very professional and courteous. Guys were very thorough and seem to have done an excellent repair.

Came on time and got the job done. Pricing was competitive. Only minor thing is that there was a more sealant that was came out the the back of the crack to the exterior than I thought was typical.

Hired this firm to solve a recurrent seepage problem in the basement, which included filling two cracks in the wall and installing interior drain tile. The person who came to inspect the problem spent more than an hour troubleshooting the various possible causes and explained my options clearly, without trying to oversell the most expensive choices. The crew that actually performed the work was punctual and worked hard, including staying late into the day to finish all the work in one day. The price was in the same general range as quotes from competitors. It hasn't rained hard enough to assess the quality of the work.

The person they sent to do the work was not an employee of Reliable. Not a problem, but they should have told me up front that they contract out. He did a great job, was on time and courteous. The estimator who bid the job has yet to respond to an e-mail I sent him 2 weeks ago, in which I asked him to clarify a couple of things in the guarantee language. I've called the office twice to get clarification and have yet to receive answers to my questions.

Vince is a good communicator and explained things well. The storm drain I was having fixed and connected to sump pump turned out not to have any connection at all. I was told they will have to open up my finished basement in order to connect to sump pump. I just had the wokers drop the concrete floor, which was part of the original plan. The work was okay ..surface could have had a smoother finish though. They picked up the debris 3 days later. After I called to remind it was done right away. I would suggest that vince be present to oversee the work since he seems knowledgeable and more approachable.

Very prompt, guys did a great job, explained everything to me and clean up when finished.

The overall experience was fine. They were a bit messy and I have cement spattered all over my watersoftener and hot water heater. I also am still trying to get Vince back to my house to correct one slight problem. Their prices were reasonable and they didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't need.
