Reid Diversified, Inc. has four years experience, providing our clients with a professional home inspection. Our knowledge has been gained from hands on construction of residential and commercial buildings from the ground up. We inspect the roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, exterior, crawlspace, and much more. In addition we can inspect for mold, surface or airborne, lead base paint, and asbestos. We provide our clients with a simple to read, but comprehensive report via e-mail, fax, or on site. Don’t buy a money pit if you don’t have to.

Mr. Reid was very professional and does a great job inspecting. His report was very well done and I would highly recommend any new home owner have this service done. He inspected Roofing, structure, electrical and plumbing.

Brent was most thorough. I cannot rate him as high as he deserves. He potentially saved me thousands of dollars in costs that I would not have expected from this home. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Mr. Brent Reid arrived at the location on time. He was very professional and answered all of our questions while doing the inspection on a property that we bought. He made some suggestions on how to fix some minor problems and also send us a complete report of the inspection. I would definitely use Mr. Reid services again and would recommend to anyone I know that might need his services.
