These guys seemed great during the estimate process and meeting with the adjuster. But it was downhill after that. The day after the roof was replaced I was to have the ceiling replaced in one room - however it rained that night and the roof leaked worse than ever. I called - the 'owner' didn't even bother to come out, sent some workers to "caulk". They did....and I need to know if it was going to leak prior to going ahead with ceiling replacement. I sprayed water on the roof....still leaking. I went up ON the roof, found soft spots and areas in need of repair....called again. Owner DID come this time, still not complete.

He explained the roofing process and design. Gave me Ridge vents and high definition roof. He also is a claim adjuster in low season, and gives a 12 year guarantee, longer than competitors.
