I do not have my windows in yet but the sales person, I felt, was knowledgable and took time to answer all questions. I did change my mind about the slyle of window I wanted and so I backed tracked a bit so I could get an apples to apples estimates. the rating is a before installation rating.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
Almost went w/another company until they said we may be able to do your job and save you money so I decided to hear what they had to say. I was pleasently suprised to find that not only would they do what the other company would do but I could get the extra's that I wanted without waiting for just a little more. Salesmen that came to the house was curtious and helpful. The person who came to measure my cabinets and counters was a lovely man as well. I've had great customer service. The person who did the work was great. I am more the pleased w/the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone.

Project: Home Energy Audit
I had an Energy audit performed on my house. The equipment used during the audit and the knowledge of the auditor was good. However, the report was useless. I was employed as a Quality Manager / Quality Engineer for over 35 years and I have performed numerous audits. And without a doubt, the auditors should used a recorder to propely document the results of the audit. Some of the things that should be in th report are, the significant areas of heat loss in each room, (including loacation of the heat losses), potential savings for reducing the major area of heat loss, the temperature difference incoming outside air and room temperature.

Regency was outstanding from the 1st contact! They were always early to our scheduled appointments, always prepared to meet our needs, delivered outstanding quality products, and the installers were terrific. Absolutely no pressure, either! I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

The day when they put the window was extremely cold day unfortunately. But they worked so hard. If they sent 1 more installer instead of 3, it would be faster and easier for them and us. They did what they could do. They installed 10 windows and 1 door in a day. They were amazing. We will set up the windows installation during the spring, fall or summer if we will need to do it next time.
