Promised to have all 10 windows installed in one day and they did (working overtime), even though they ran into some trouble with my framing. Used plastic to cover the carpets. Cleaned up everything, even used a vacuum. The windows themselves are great.  My air conditioner isn't coming on half as much as it did last year. Haven't gone thru the winter yet with them, so will see next year how they do.
