The problem was that Bill England did not relay all the information to the men. i.e. dimmer switches, undercounter lighting and rope lighting on top of kitchen cabinets. I e-mailed and called and received no answer. Finally I got in touch with him and he told me to call Scott the installer. I had already paid them! Big mistake. <br /> <br />As I said the work done was very professional therefore I would recommend them but get everything up front and in writing exactly what is to be done and do not pay them until the work is finished and you are satisfied. <br /> <br /> Rating: Provided By: Zac G. He kept stressing how much experience the guys are his company had. They had so many master electricians and they would do whatever it took to make me happy. That was at least until I signed to have them start.  Then I got a subpar electrician that cut way too many holes in my walls to run wires and did a crappy job overall.  Additionally, because they weren't ready to go into the attic (even though that was a large part of the job I discussed with the owner) and the messed up some wiring, I had so go 3 days without air conditioning when it was over 100 degrees outside  See All Ratings
