Over the past year I've had nothing but bad experiences. Most of the damage caused has been minor, but most recently they actually did damage to my housebound water pipe. They repaired it, but I'm still in the process of monitoring. Never had this happen to me before.

This is a very unreliable company. Starting with woman who runs the office, it took her days to return my calls and when she did return them she was rude. The job itself was started a week after they promised to show up and We faced issues at every turn. The bid price I was given was not the price I ended up paying, they asked me for an extra $900.00 during the job. To top it off my job is still not completed 2 weeks later and I cant get a return phone call from the woman in the office. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They weren't efficient while cutting the grass and kept missing spots. They would also miss weeks even when it wasn't raining.

I just wanted to say that they got out there and got the job done quick and the way that I wanted it. They were very courteous and did a great job! I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the job Regal did for me. They mowed, edged, etc., my front yard and levelled and re-sodded my back yard. Both the lady I spoke to on the phone and Matt were very professional and personable. I enjoyed doing business with them. I would have given them 5 stars, but there were communication issues. 1) They did not respond to my request for service through servicemagic.com. I had to call them directly. 2) They were a day late in doing the job due to equipment problems and didn't call to notify me.
