I mean, come on, seriously?  Anyway, it didn't fix the problem so I got them back out to take a second look which was like pulling teeth because they wanted to charge me another $80 service charge to fix what they should have fixed before.  Turns out I needed to replace the entire unit.  They never refunded the original $240 that they told me they would and they quoted me $6000 to replace the entire unit which I got a better company to do for $3400.
