Rudy is a very professional guy with an experienced crew. The stamped concrete and front walkway tile work they did for me was outstanding, and they work fast and clean.

Great crew & excellent work! I had a nice experience working with Rudy. He was honest, knowledgeable and most importantly very easy to work with. We had frequent discussions throughout the entire project and he was very accommodating with all our picky modifications. The quality of work is superb. I highly recommend him.

I had a mess from a a prior wanna-be guy that was not licensed but played it off that he knew what he was doing. I learned the hard way. Rudy, a licensed C-8 and general contractor partially sold me on his talent and experience. Meeting and working with him sold me on the rest. His price is in par with other licensed C-8 contractors. If they do not have C-8, don't higher them! Your call. Rudy is efficient, professional, and provided his personal insight on what works best. The finish product is great. His team worked withing the time framed agreed to. Thanks Rudy. My neighbors are happy, too.

the work involved creating 2 channels to drain water away from a building during heavy rains.it seemed obvious to me that the channels should be curved so that water flows down the center, away from the building walls, barajas installed a flat surface that didn't do so. the water would have sloshed against the building walls and would have defeated the purpose of the work. barajas went back to repair the work and I had to pay for additional materials that brought the cost of the project way above the highest competitive bid. He created a 1" slope and I'm not certain that it will be enough.

The work involved creating a sidewalk on each side of Davids property. The property is a commercial building in which he rents out. David told me he lived in San Diego and if i could look at it and give him a price on pouring concrete in the sides of his property and to make sure water drains to the alley. He never mentioned creating 2 channels, i could not just assume there needed to be channels, nor was it in the contract because after all it is a sidewalk, and would be very awkward. I poured concrete sidewalks that drain perfectly to the alley, but he still was not satisfied. I added a V-gutter at material cost only for his peace of mind.

Absolutely great work at an excellent price. The work was done on time, using high quality materials and great quality work. Rudy Barajas has a great eye for design, form and balance. My wife is very specific about what she wants and Rudy seemed to anticipate the designs she wanted. Wow!!
