Very happy with the service provided and the time to start and finish the work. People were professional and courteous.

Nick got back to me shortly after I filled out my service magic form and set up an estimate for the next day. We very impressed with Nick and his partner Mike (father) at the estimate, they gave us a lot of ideas for our front and backyard. They were very professional and friendly. We just had them out to give us an estimate on our Spring Clean up and we ended up looking at some of there job photos and ended up also gettting a paver walkway to replace our cracked concrete walk. They came up with a great design for a fair price. When they were finished with the two projects were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Techo block certified pro did not match existing block as requested with new block he installed. In fact, two separate types of block were used and neither matched. Size of project was not adhered to. Finished product was smaller than paid for. Had to call them back to fix the work they had done. Felt rushed the entire time. Installation technique was poor quality with little attention to detail. The people were nice enough though. Unfortunately that isn't enough in this case.

As to the color of the pavers being different then her existing patio is because the customers pavers faded over time and didnt match the new pavers we installed. We matched the color and style exactly. This was talked discussed at the estimate. We strive to make everyone happy and when she called us to come back and install more joint sand we did. We fill are joint sand to the ICPI recommended height of 1/4 below the top of the paver and she felt it should be to the top. As to the size of the project being off we went by our estimate form.

Knowledgeable. Owners were on site working with their people, who seemed equaly dedicated to their trade. I was very satisfied with the job.

Nick of Redstone was great! He called and/or emailed and was very responsive to our request. He made great suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. We are very happy with the results and will hire him to put in our patio when we have the money.

Absolutely great. We were very satisfied with their work.
