Techs were early, got right on the job, diagnosed the machine, provided me with an estimate on repair, informed me of other courses of action open, did paper work and were on their way as requested. Just what I wanted.

They were great; however, they were supposed to bring a dryer hose and install it when they installed the water pump. They didn't pick up the dryer hose when they picked up the water pump, so they didn't have a hose to install. I was told they would come by another day and bring the hose and install it, but I did not hear from them again.

They couldn't do what they intended when they came because my well stopped working and there was no water to test the spinner with a load of clothes. They tested it empty and couldn't find anything wrong. they did the best they could in the situation.
