  • I have donated complete restoration services to the Santa Rosa Boy's and Girl's club from 2004 - 2005 which included carpet, wood floor and tile cleaning. My service donation saved them over $3,000.00.
  • I have also donated a carpet restoration voucher to the Friends of the Petaluma Animal Shelter in Dec 2005. My involvement with this organization helped raise money for many animals to stay comfortable prior to adoption.

The same day I called Eric, he came out and cleaned the carpets. He did an outstanding job and was done in a little over an hour. Very respectable! I would highly reccomend him!

Erik did a fabulous job on our carpets. We did NOT think the stains would come out, but Erik assured us of his quality work and now we have the pleasure of looking at carpets that look brand new. He was prompt and courteous and we would recommend him to all our friends and family. Outstanding work!

Project: Remove Unwanted Water
I was way overchraged for services rendered as he only worked for 4 hours and wanted almost $1000..I don't believe what was done merits overcharging by that amount.....ended with frustration, more stress on an already stressful time and loss of a lot of money for not much service.

Eric was able to come out the same day I requested service, and take care of the cleaning in under 30 minutes. Was very polite, professional, and thorough. I will have him back to take care of the rest of the house.

Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
Eric was very patient with us. The best part is that he nailed down the issue in a couple of minutes. We suspected mold, but it turned out to be vapors from the concrete floor - we were getting sick from it. He came and deep-cleaned the garage. It solved our problems. Great service and patience.
