They did an excellent job. I expected more follow up and I got it once I called them. They are very knowledgeable and expert installers. I was up and running in a matter of hours.

I am not impressed with the owner. Had a hard time connecting with him for questions. His employee Nikolas was on vacation at the time. He was the one that installed. .

We had two systems installed by Red Star, an upstairs 4 ton and downstairs 5 ton. Replaced compressors, evaporators, and furnace and blowers. The pricing was fair and the installation was well done.
