I was expecting the grout to be more whitish with the use of the chemicals. There were dark areas, especially in the master bathroom. Very disappointed as we were preparing our townhouse for sale.

Top-notch customer service! Very professional and accocmmodating telephone demeanor. I was very impressed that the technician put on shoe covers when he entered my home. Most importantly, I loved how the colors were brighter and the sun shone through my draperies after cleaning. As a first-time customer, I saved 30% plus $25 for visiting their website. Easy to deal with,flexible scheduling. Dennis did a great job, courteous and professional at all times. We were very pleased with the result, would definitely recommend Red Carpet and will definitely hire for future jobs.

when wet it looked ok. But it when it was dry, I was not impressed at all. the bottom corner looked the same way it was before.
