I am a certified TREX Pro installer and can install any composite or wood decking.

Generally good but not excellent. Seemed to be in a hurry and did not coordinate well. His insurance lapsed so final inspection was delayed. Price was good. Gave me inadequate lien waivers.

Steve recommended city permits. This is a big deal, as the other contractors did not want to go to the trouble. Steve said confidently, "I can get the permits in a day" and he did. The city inspector protects me from inexpert work, and when a builder recommends getting permits rather than cutting corners and avoiding them, that is a huge recommendation. Steve shows up on time, without surprises. He creates good estimates and sticks to them. I hired him even though he wasn't the cheapest estimate, and I'm glad I did.

Steve always let us know when he would be there, listened to what I wanted and made some excellent recommendations. He did an awesome job. We love our renovated bathroom! We will definitely hire Steve again when we do another home improvement.

This company performed a home improvement project for us and did an excellent job. The worksite was kept safe and clean during the construction and the project was completed on time and on budget! I would recommend this company to a friend.

All in all, GREAT! Steve was very professional and patient. The estimate was the best I received and once I made the decision to use Steve he was very flexible and worked with me to complete the project. He did a fabulous job and I love my garage!!
