Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
Same day service which was great. I would have given 5 stars but when the grass was mowed, their lawn mower blade was set high so it looked like it needed mowing even after he was finished. Next time I will specifically state that I want the grass mowed short. My neighbors on both sides of me had their grass mowed very short which made mine look too tall. But that was my fault; I will detail what I expect from a service next time.

This project was a complete demo and replacement of existing landscape and some hardscape (including front walks and steps and several new flag stone and gravel paths). While they still have a few days left on the job, at this point I can say that working with John Bondi and his Charlotte based team has been the best contractor experience we've ever had. Their communication and professionalism has been fantastic. The work is excellent. Their tips and advice have been spot on thus far and, something we noticed right away, they always leave a clean job site at the end of the day.

Project: Landscape Designer
I needed a "master plan" for my backyard. The landscape designer/architect came to my house and after spending about 30 minutes asking me questions to make sure he knew what I wanted, he spent the next 4 hours in my backyard measuring and drawing. When he was finished the plan, he sat down with me to review it and made sure all of my needs were met in the plan. He drew the most spectacular plan which he gave to me on the spot. Now, I can use it to do the work myself, at my own pace, or I can call John at Realiscapes to have any or all of it done for me. I highly recommend this team. Very professional!

For number 1 Jim Barbee Was Great To Work With And What He Said They Would Do, and I Would Recommend Them To Anyone. Thanks A lot Jim And You Are In Our Budget For Next Year On Our Other Double Tennis Court. Donald & Gang @ Sumter Square Apts.
