I had been 1 month with another company trying to schedule a visit. One Friday at lunch I signed up at this site. Three hours and 5 phone calls later I had scheduled the removal for the very next day first thing in the morning. I was faxed and email all the documents and certifications that were needed byt the condo association. The job was completed the very following day and everything was left spotless.

For the most part this went very well. Good friendly service, did what was promised at a better than other guys price. Had a little issue with some paperwork being promised at a certain date and came later after a phone call was made. Otherwise very good.

Victor Ramos showed up 2 1/2 hours early without notice. He was wearing no safety clothing and used no mask when he went up to the attic. He placed samples in plastic bags and when he came down, asked for payment but had no receipt to provide me for services performed. Not very professional. He left telling me my report would be completed in 2-3 days and it was. Someone else from the company was to call on 3/4 to arrange dropping off the reports and collecting the fee. No one called.

I used real time for asbestos testing, they showed up on time and had the results from the lab faxed to my house in a very professional format ahead of the promised time. I would use them again.

They were quick enough to call and set up an appointment, for which they were on time. However, the business card I received was dirty and bent and therefore not very professional. For someone testing for potential asbestos in my home, I was surprised that Jasper didn't wear any protective equipment, and put the sample he collected in what appeared to be a used plastic zip-loc bag. I was told I would have the results in two days, however it was more than a week before I got the them. I did not get a receipt when I paid Real Time, and when I asked for one was told it would come when the report was mailed. Over a week and still no report!!
