Project: Install Cabinets
Ray did an outstanding job with the installation of our cabinets! He was very detailed with this work and infomative throughout the entire process. The finished product was perfectly aligned cabinets that were ready for the installation of our counter tops. Thank you Ray!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Made an error and charged us extra for the time needed to correct it. At one point was going to quit, stated was 'uncomfortable' with way we, the customer, wanted the flooring done. Did not finish the space between the floor and the hallway, I had to finish it. We will not hire him again.

Customer was charged for work done to his existing flooring. Customer was asked up front if he wanted this done and how much it would cost to do. Customer gave the go ahead. He also did not want "dark" pieces installed from flooring material he provided and I agreed to sort out the "dark" pieces and he was not happy with all the wood culled out. I explained he had provided me with a select grade flooring, and that these "dark" pieces were normal.I told him I was not sure what he wanted and did not feel comfortable he would be happy in the end.
