Insulation and air sealing will be recommended and installed under the supervision of a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified building analyst. Energy audits are available upon request and will include all equipment needed to perform blower door testing and infrared imaging. Utility bill analysis, heating and air conditioning safety and efficiency testing, and appliance and lighting recommendations will also be provided. The cost of an energy audit may be as low as $100.
