Impressed from time of estimate (informative/easy to talk to/trustworthy). Ray worked quickly, done in few days. Returned for touch-ups but forgot to retexture 1 spot. Was able to float out the mud in two areas I expected wall to bulge due to existing studs/wall, but finished wall looks nearly flawless. Before texture, remove own tools/cover own stuff, he covers, but still texture all over. Base of walls rougher than expected - mud built up so not flush for trim. Main disappointment: I marked specific access panel locations so I could use studs I placed, both holes cut ignoring my placement requests, so unable to use studs. Overall I’m happy.

Mr. Kofford arrived on time, despite an automobile incident involving his vehicle. Ray was very professional, listended to my worries, made calles immediately to verify his strategy for mitigating the condensation from skylight tunnel walls. The remedy was heavy, high-quality insulation that was wrapped around the new tunnels. The estimate was provided timely, the job took only 3 hours and the price was right! Thanks R & C...I'll keep your name for another upcoming home improvement job.

Very professional and very courteous. I had to handle the issue remotely because the repairs were for my renter and they kept me informed and were very reasonable with prices. Ray is my go to guy for repairs now for sure

The initial estimate was poorly done: it did not reflect all the plants I wanted removed, and was not calibrated per multiple items nor a final total given. The bill seemed incongruous with the estimate and did not reflect the number of plants removed. However the total bill was about what I estimated in comparison with removal folks in Madison in spite of the discrepancies of the paper estimate, final bill, and verbal communication. The removal guy did not seem to know his trees and bushes (ie this is a flowering crab and this is a bridal wreath) which could have resulted in the wrong plant being removed. Homeowner missed her appointment to point out the plants to be removed, hence the estimate didn't have everything on it. All estimates and invoices are sent out in Excel format, with each item individually priced if there's a problem with viewing, she should have notified us and we would have sent a paper copy. Species identification is not necessary for pointing out the specific plants to be removed, we have experience in removing trees and will only remove the plants marked, not named. In this case, the locations of the plants didn't warrant a gas line check.

Called received shortly after making request for quote. Was very nice and knowledgeable. However, we changed our mind about removing mold on roof, because roof is already 12 years old.
