No show on 3 days....I had to call to find out why ....each and every time....4th and final visit.....Showed up 4 to 5 hours late......Worked on front yard....Started back yard.....stopped and said that was all they could do.....Still charged me more than half of agreed price ....which included trimming trees in front yard...Which none of which were touched....VERY VERY VERY DISAPOINTED

I received an email from Lee with his contact information so I called him. He gave me a price over the phone and set a date for him to do the job. I had to change the original date but was able to schedule a day later. On the day he came out, my husband was suppose to be here but got called away on business. My husband called Lee and our Service Magic rep and left specific directions on what needed to be done and told them where the check would be. When I came home I was very pleased with the results. The leaves were all gone and hauled away. Much, Much easier than doing it ourselves. I would definitely use his company again.
