Randy M. Sonns, Certified Residential Appraiser, is who has been serving the greater Los Angeles county area for over two decades. The areas covered include the counties of Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura. Most reports are completed within 2 days of property inspection. I specialize in residential, condos, and 2 to 4 unit properties. These include custom built high-end properties. I do not perform appraisals for mobile and/or manufactured homes, land, personal property and commercial properties. If you are looking for an appriasal for a loan through Bank of America or Countrywide I will be unable to perform an appraisal. One must be approved from Landsafe appriasals list which is closed to new appraisers
