Mr. Rene Rios of R & S Contractor was extremely curteous & professional. He was very competent, responsive and timely with all his appointments and did a fantastic job that he was hired for. Mr. Rios was friendly, professional, and very meticulous about making certain the work was of the highest standard. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to my voice message, that he came the same day, and he did the work fast and efficiently. What I liked the most, though, was that he took the time to explain and show me the problem and exactly how he was going to solve it.
