Owner and installers were very professional and did a good job.

R^R had the best price when the made their original quote, and when they got the job they advised me they had made a mistake and could not do the job for the price they quoted. It was a $400.00 mistake and they were still the lowest bidder. Workers left their power cord plugged in in the back yard. Roof looks nice and the gutters look nice too.

Rep came gave estimate. I was quoted on paper a certain warranty- the shingles that were uded different warranty years. R&R GAVE THE JOB TO ANOTHER COMPANY. No one has called me from R&R to see if work was done or how it was done. I was promised to be sent papers about warranty from certainteen i got nothing. Still waiting.

talked to her about this and informed her of situation. supplier had shipped certinteed landmark lifetime designer shingles in old pkg., which stated 30 yr. warranty. she even called a different supplier, who verified my comments. at time she seemed pleased with comments and satisfied with work. i even personally went to supplier and mailed warranty myself. have heard no more from her, utill this comment from you......respectfully yours, richard jenkins

I had them replace the gutters and any rotted wood behind the gutters the came across an area that was "part of the over hang" never asked me if I wanted it replace fix or anything then when I call to ask after the job was done I felt they just tried to snow ball me very disappointed be honest and up front will not ever ask for any work from them again.
