Our hot tub had frozen. They were responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. What more could you ask for. They are not open Mondays.

They were so helpful and fast. They came out to the house so quickly with any problems I had. Everyone, including the girls that answered the phones and worked at the store, knew exactly what my problems were and how to fix them. I was so impressed with their customer service. Everyone I spoke with made me feel like I was an important customer. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

They opened and did needed repairs to our in-ground pool that was last open in 2008. They did an excellent job - very good communications, follow through, and completed the work when they said they would.

I made the initial call to R&R who then said they'd get back to me when the technican was avilable. WIthin 30 minutes, they returned the call to set up an appointment time for the service. The technician, Scott, arrived when expected and has sufficient tools to diagnose the problem and brought the right spares to fix the problem. He also completely removed the skins / panels from the heater and did a thorough cleanup and inspection of the gas and heat exchanger systems. Within and hour, the job was finished and the heater is working properly again. He cleaned the work area and left it looking good. The price for the job was reasonable.
