I can only restate what I read in a previous rating of this pro. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. He was prompt in his initial contact and appearance on the job; was an excellent communicator throughout the project; explained everything thoroughly; treated my home as he would his own; paid attention to every small detail and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I would give this pro the highest possible rating.

Seriously the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Rick went above and beyond my expectations, and I had complete trust, not only in the work, but also in Rick - every step of the way. Richard was SO helpful. I live out of state and he worked with me over the phone so that the issue was understood and solved. He was able to check things out and explain it to my sister who lives in the house. Communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make this a stress free and enjoyable service. If you ever had housework done before, you know how nerve racking it can be. Richard was patient and explained everything and checked everything twice. He exhausted all options and each time we found a solution. I had two other people look at my electrical issue and only Richard got it right!!!

" Richard really went above & beyond to complete our electric panel upgrade! Not only was the job done in a timely manner the quote we were given was right on! (No additional charges yay) I would use this company for future electrical issues as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Nice guy, did the work, but created quite a mess, poorly patched walls, GFI outlet not labeled.

Thank you for the feedback, all businesses look your ways to improve. I no longer patch or repair wall or ceilings, but I do contract out this service to another professional.
