Project: Repair a Metal Roof
I initially contracted Ramon Garcia to repair (or replace) several damaged metal tiles on my roof. The damage was inflicted when a solar energy company installed panels on the roof. Upon inspection of the roof, Ramon pointed out that the panels were improperly installed, and that the roof would leak over time, causing rotting of the lower (shake) roof. I verified his analysis, and also contracted him to "redo" the solar installation, since he has proven experience in that field. He did an excellent job in repairing a faulty installation that would have been very costly to fix after the rainy season.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair
He was professional and curteous. I had a small section of the roof repaired so that the water drained toward the downspout - a diverter was installed. Now that the rainy season is upon us, I can assess the project. To date, I have not seen any issues with the repair. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. He came with his own equipment and cleaned up after himself whem finished. I would use him again.
