I needed repair on my furnace but wasn't sure what was wrong. Edgar came out 2 hours after I spoke to him. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. I am a widow with limited finances and was worried about the expense. Edgar was very professional and polite. My bill was less than two hundred dollars and that included the service call. I was extremely happy and will call Ram Air if I ever need service again.

Our furnace went out. It was one of the coldest nights of the year in Austin. I sent in a request for a quote, hoping to get someone to our house by the next day. I receive some quick responses, including a phone call from Edgar Ramos at Ram Air. I called Mr. Ramos back and explained our problem. He was able to walk me through the problem so that he could find out what was wrong. He even was able, in my case, to get the furnace running to warm the house for our family. Mr. Ramos then came out the next day and replaced the part. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We cannot thank him and Ram Air enough!!!
