They did a great job. On time and great work. I would do business again with them.

Rain Master did a perfect job on our gutters. They came out right away and on time for the estimate. They installed the gutters the next day as requested for us to stop the water from coming into the basement. The installers were very nice and made sure everything was the way we wanted it and did a perfect clean-up. We look forward to referring Rain Master to all of our friends and neighbors.

They were asked to adjust the pitch of one of the gutters and it still is not correct. This causes water to drip on the pavement and form ice where it should not be. The gutters in the other locations are ok. They did not come out and clean the grease left on some of the gutters when installed.

We are contacting the home owner to see if there is anything we can do to resolve these issues. The gutter that was to be re-pitched was a very poorly installed existing gutter on the home. We did not originally install it. We did our best to work with what was there to correct the problem, but could only do so much. We did recommend a total replacement at the time of install on that gutter for proper function. We already have been out there to remove the mark on the gutters 5 days after they informed us of the problems.

They came out and gave an estimate. Then after we had some excavating work done, they came back on their own and did the work without us there as discussed. They look great, the color looks good, they left the site as clean as they found it. I'd recommend them.
