Fast f/u. Came when he said he would. Finished job in 4 hours. I had 72 windows cleaned .The only minor thing is clarifying what to do with storm windows after they have been removed. I should have had a plan to either put them somewhere specific, or put them back on window. Alas, another chore to hire this fellow back this fall.

I will absolutely call Rainbow again. My windows were very dirty and now they are so sparkling clean. Some windows were old and he opened them and cleaned them. No need to have new windows installed. Great service and excellent price

Rainbow was very timely in getting in touch. John arrived the next day as scheduled and completed the job right then and there. His price was fair. Not only did he clean the gutters but realigned them and replaced a couple of straps that had snapped from last winter's ice. I highly recommend him.
