The technician was friendly and knowledgable and spent the time to explain the process. I negotiated the price down from $85 because I felt that was much to high for the simple process of blowing out my (small) sprinkler system.

Said $35 on the phone charged $85 and hour and also charged $30.00 for 2 clamps that can be purchased for pennies. Wife confirmed he said $35.00 and hour, ended up with a $123 bill. Never again. I should've get a written estimate before job started. Isn't there an honest service person left on the planet?

It was a misunderstanding because my rate is more than $35 to service a irrigation system. I would not be able to pay the bills at that rate. There were two guys servicing the system for an hour. Which would be 2 man hours. There were 3 poly breaks in the tree roots so the minimum amount of parts we could of used would be 3 couplings and 6 clamps. What the client fails to realize is that the overhead such gas, taxes, insurance etc... plays a major role in a companies pricing. Plus there were other issues that were wrong with the system, but client didn't want to fix them. Once again someone looking to get everything for nothing.

The guy came on time, identified all problems fast, replaced broken parts, adjusted the system, carefully verified that everything is working properly and charged a fair price. After his visit you can be sure that your sprinklers will be working properly. I am very happy with his service.
