THE GOODS: very friendly came earlier then scheduled appointed time. NOT SO GOOD: walked all over my carpet w/ his dirty shoes, ended up staining my new white rug while cleaning my furniture from his pants which had dirt on them. good thing about that was he took care of stains. last not so good thing is smell has not completely went away. and after him leaving i noticed he didn't lift up my sofa cushions to clean underneath that part still has the strong odor. for the most part most of the smell went away in the other areas

Project: Dye a Carpet or Rug
I did not want to dye the carpet a very dark color, so I ended up having Rainbow International clean and remove stains instead, and the service was excellent. Practically all of the many very noticeable, long-set stains which had resisted all my efforts to remove were taken out or made far less obtrusive. Work was done quickly and not much moisture was left behind to dry out. Highly recommended and would use again.

He called about 1 minute after I placed a request, and was at my home to do the cleaning in about 2 hours. He was done in an hour and the carpet job was fine. Thank You!!

I found Lynn's work, sloppy and unprofessional. He damaged a baseboard in my property then had the audacity to ask if I had some tape when I pointed out the big gouge to him! He left water on my floors, didn't reconnect my hose outside & attempted to charge me a higher price than he quoted me over the phone. Recommend going with someone that's concerned with customer service should you need a carpet cleaner.
