Several years ago my wife became ill due to mold exposure while working for a large company..I love working in restoration because it feels great to help people put their homes back together..We started in this industry in 1978.We describe our business as Well established

Kevin, was prompt in everything that he did and kept me informed continually throughout the project. He was very thorough in his analysis of the problems and in developing a plan to address the problem not only for now, but also for the future.

They called me back immediately. They had intelligent up-to-date information. Kevin Ricke came personally to evaluate the job and spent several hours with us. He explained everything that needed to be done. I have an illness and needed special considerations. They worked with me on that very closely. The job took extra time to get it done right and they did that willingly. We had a mold problem before and the company took advantage of us and changed us $9000.00. Kevin promised he would do it the right way and keep us informed every step as the project proceeded. His daughter oversaw our project and she was onsite almost every day.
