Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
Tyrus was very responsive, professional and cost-effective. He returned calls / emails and showed up on time. My home was left clean. He even offered to help move some furniture back, no charge! I had floor damage and three companies agreed that it would have to be refinished. Tyrus considered alternate ways to "minimize" the look of the damage and "protect" the floor for another few years, instead of a complete refinish. Though he made less money on the job (by 2/3), he offered a solution that he thought would be right by me. And it was. Great service and I'll be sure to have him bid on the "complete refinish."

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Tyrus of Raincity Woodworks went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results of buffing and recoating our hardwood floors. He was professional, courteous and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
