The contractor was very prompt and gave me a very good quote however his workmanship was not very good. He ended up putting a hole in my ceiling which i had to get repaired. But he did complete the work efficiently.

While running cable from the ceiling with a paddle bit a 1/2 inch hole was made in the corner of the ceiling and wall. For this mistake on our part the customer wasn't charged for the 3 other completed parts of the job (all free). We apologized and asked the homeowner to let us repair the hole. The husband told us don't concern yourself about this small hole they would take care of it. We are still in the process of trying to contact the customer to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Mr. Ragster was pleasant, on-time and worked very hard to make certain my project was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. His work was very professional and of excellent quality. His fee was more than reasonable. Would certainly use his services again when the need arises.

Mr. Ragster arrived on time and was an extremely pleasant person to deal with. He even returned an unnecessary part I'd bought earlier at Home Depot for refund when he had to go there to purchase a different part. Once he had everything he needed, he was able to get the problem fixed in short order and charged me a paltry fee for the job. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I'm ever in need of an electrician.
