Fast, exceptional, they even fixed my unprofessional paint job. Hire them maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for with these guys!

My experience with Rafferty construction was nothing but positive from start to finish. The professional and workmanship far exceeded a standard expectation. There was a lot of prep work that went into this project and Rafferty construction was very detailed and efficient. They delivered they job they promised and the end result was a complete makeover to my home, at a price I could afford. If you are looking for great customer service with a final product you will be thrilled with, Rafferty construction is the company for you.

Communication - between general contractor with both customer and worker broke down. It was taken care of in a very timely manner. It was just disappointing to see what I got compared to what I was promised. Now that that is taken care of I want to see if the repair stands up. If it does I will be glad to recommend Rafferty Construction. Let's see what happens over the next year.

Job was estimated at applying el ray krackmaster under stucco to keep stucco from peeling. Customer got exactly what was estimated. Also some additional patching at base of stairwell at no extra charge.

This company & people from the beginning to end were A++ in my book & I am a very particular person to please. Very professional all the time. Really listened & applied what I requested. Everyone was courteaous & pleasant. No one smoked which was great. Very clean. Each day the area was cleaned up. They were prompt & on time with everything. They were sensitive to my needs & requests as I have two small children who nap. The workers worked hard & took their time to complete as close to perfect job for me. If I saw something that needed slight attention they were sure to get it taken care of quickly. Cost=mid range. Overall, Excellent Job!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The bid was one of the cheapest and a lot less than I expected. Pat and Bart were quick, responsive and professional. They had the job done the same week I selected them. The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up absolutely everything. The paint job was complete (no missed or half-done spots). They brought a color-coordinator in for free and had us take a look after the powerwash/prep, the primer and between each coat of paint. Frankly I am glad they did because, as quick as they were, I might have doubted they had put on all the coats promised. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
