Had some difficulty getting a response in a timely manner, but when I was finally able to get someone to agree to project, they did a great job!

Extreamly pleased....Jason installed a new sump pump for me, before he sealed up the sump basket. Chris found out my summp pump wasn't working properly, and let me know so I could go buy a new one before he can seal it up. Nice guys and I just called them again for my commercial property for another job.

Within hours of filling out the radon mitigation request on Service Magic I was contacted by Randy. He had already looked up my house on the World-Wide-Web and knew many facts about it. We talked for about 30 min to fill in information that the web could not provide and he was able to give me a price quote and guarantee that the end results would have radon levels below quote level. Made appointment and when systems was installed it was surprising quick with almost no disturbance to me or the house. Radon level has dropped to almost non-detectable. No complaints, excellent work.

Randy sent Dean to do the job and he completed it in one day. Very neat installation with no loose ends. We are now waiting for the new test results to find out if we need to do more. I would definatly recommend Radon Removal. Dean really has his stuff together and does nice work.

He was very thorough and responded immediately with a visit. When he arrived he already had a satellite view and then went to detail the home as well as what needed to be done.

They did the job in one day, were very professional and cleaned up behind themselves. They had an electrician do the wiring unlike the other companies and they also framed out the ceiling panel in the garage. Nice job.

We never recieved any follow up results on our radon reading could someone contact me.

The home retested at 0.5 pCi/L, and the test results were apparently mailed to the home before the client moved in. The results have been re-mailed.
