I personally did not deal with Radik, but my wife, who works from home, was highly impressed with the professionalism of Radikal Flooring. We had a new pass-through cut out between the kitchen and living/dining room in our home, and we chose to tile the counter with 16x32 inch tiles. Radik's team was quick, skilled, and efficient. They had estimated 3 days to do the custom counter work, and finished in one. We love our new counter, and everyone who has seen our new counter raves about how nice it looks. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

They did an excellent job overall and paid attention to details such as where tiles lined up in reference to the accent lines. They were very professional and even laid down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom.

We had a Travertine tile installed in the tub/shower inclosure and on our bathroom floor. Radik (and crew) did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with the work not to mention the outstanding service. Radik went above and beyond our expectations. He patiently answered all our questions and even came out to our house to help us with questions about how to properly install our tub! Now that's service! We would definitely recommend Radik.

They did a great job and the end result is fantastic. They got the job done on time within budget, and they took several steps to make sure they kept the work area clean. I would recommend them to everyone, and I will be using them again in the near future.

Radik was very informated of my options and gave me many ideas. They did an excellent job. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. I would have never known they were here. I would definitely recommend them for you next tile job.

Radik was very professional and accommodating in every way. The job concerned tiling several areas in our home. Entry hall, Hearth, Lower Hall and the area in the Rec. Room near the slider. Work was completed in just over a day and a half. Radik picked up our travertine at the store for us and started the job immediately. We came home from work and the project was completed to our absolute satisfaction. In fact, we have another project that we planned on doing ourselves ~ But, his craftmanship earned him another job. Radik is a 12 on a scale of 10...

Radik and his crew are the best. Right from the beginning when he came out to measure, we already felt comfortible with him. He had a very good suggestions for our project and im glad we listened to him because the job that he did looks amazing. The craftmanship of the work that Radikand his crew does is just beautiful. Also they were very maticulate about cleanliness. After all even though he had the highest bid for our project but we are glad that we went with Radikal's Flooring and we will recommend him to everybody we know that will have construction projects.
