Russ was on time and perfrome the work satisfactorly; however ZI feel that he overcharged me for the work performed ($180 for less than 2 hours work - inlcuded 'travel' time).

I wired a clogged toilet with a Closet Auger and removed a plastic straw, replaced Ball Cock and Refill Tube in toilet tank, replaced Flapper ball in upstairs toilet. Replaced a 12 inch 3/8 x 1/2 FIP supply on wall hung basin that was leaking.Replaced the spray with a chrome finish sprayer ( I had to go get chrome )on the Kith sink. When Paul said he was unhappy with the charges.I told him " whenever this happens to me I ask the customer to tell me what they thought the service was worth". He choose not to answer me at that point but instead gives me a bad review. You can't please everyone but I try. BTW he wasn't home his daughter was.

The install was fine, but I am dissapointed with the flow rate of the shower valve.

I'm sorry but this is a green issue. I've got no control of the flow rate of the shower valve. This is a common issue when replacing an older shower valve. Before 1994, showerheads typically had a flow rate of 5 ½ gallons per minute. Since then, the E.P.A. has limited showerheads to 2 ½ gpm to conserve not only water, but fuel for the water heater. Models carrying a "water saving" designation have even lower flow rates. The EPA, i.e. Environmental Protection Agency estimates that showers account for more than 1.2 trillion gallons each year--about one-sixth of all the water used in U.S. residences for bathing.
