The house cleaning crew was excellent. However, I really was not expecting to be charged $249, 4 hours @ $65/hr, for 4 small windows, one storm door and a sliding glass door, Seems a little bit steep for a relatively small job,

I found RW Cleaning from the Service Magic website. The first time they cleaned our house, they broke a rock specimen that we have not been able to replace. Since then they broke a Christmas gift from our daughter and then a sculpture/wall hanging that is not replaceable. Also, they did a second rate job cleaning our house. This would be okay if their rates weren't so high but for $200 a cleaning (1600 square feet) there is no excuse. We have recommended RW to friends. Now I am concerned they will be careless with their family treasures too. We both have demanding full-time jobs but after only six months, RW Cleaning lost us as customers.

Management and assessment / estimate of the project was very professional and clear. The work crew did their job very well. I suggest a written disclosure of the commission paid to ServiceMagic be provided on the estimate and the invoice the customer. ServiceMagic should disclose this information on their web site.
